CONCEPT DESIGN: MINIMAL CHIC LUXURY AND ABSOLUTE COMFORT

Today, this Palazzo left unfinished by Bramante in the 15th century, has returned to life, having been converted into a hotel in a project undertaken by the architect Lorenzo Bellini who has personally attended to the St. George’s minimalist interior design, tasking inspiration from two main points of reference: Aalto and Jacobsen, while work was overseen by the engineer Nello Nardini. All 64 rooms are catered following the concept of minimal-chic luxury and maintaining a sense of warmth and charm thanks to soft lighting, soft cream and wood tones furnishings and resin floors.

The St. George is a unique open space architecture, a series of internal and external areas, mixing the old and the new. The minimal-chic design takes shape and is further developed throughout the hotel.

The Library this is the ideal setting for a relaxing reading whilst enjoying a coffee or a homemade pastry.

In the Cigar Lounge, cigar enthusiasts can enjoy handmade cigars, specially dehumidified to preserve their flavor and freshness.

The Wine Bar suggests 120 of the best wines and is constantly open, 24-hours a day.

The splendid terrace is home to the exclusive Roof Top Lounge Bar where you can sip a cocktail and admire the breathtaking and enchanting view over the rooftops, domes and terraces of Rome. In the beautiful atmosphere of an exclusive terrace the St. George will spoil your palate with an innovative array of summer tastes.The Roof Top Lounge Bar is opened from June to September according to weather conditions from Tuesday to Saturday from 7.30pm to midnight.
